How the money moves

  1. We fund the launch.

    An agreed marketing spend for a near-finished PC game.

  2. Recoup comes first.

    That spend comes back out of revenue before anything else.

  3. Then the split is the split.

    After recoup, the share is the one written in the contract.

  4. You keep the game.

    Ownership, the studio, the IP. None of it moves.
