When you use the contact form: name, email, studio, game title, a link, what is left to finish, and the deal you have in mind. Our servers also keep short-lived logs (for example IP address and time) for security and abuse prevention.

Form submissions are delivered by email to our operator inbox through Resend, a transactional email provider. Resend may process that mail on servers outside Canada.

We keep submissions only as long as we need them to consider your game and reply if we choose to. Server logs are kept briefly for security and abuse prevention.

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a mailing list from this form.

We use Plausible, a cookieless analytics service, to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. No tag manager is used.
